You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day & Rush appointments are non-refundable. If a notary makes the trip to the meeting location and the signer refuses to sign or the notary deems the signer not cognitively aware and able to sign, the fee will be non-refundable.
