Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Info@765NotaryServices.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

A notary public is an official appointed by the state government to witness and certify the signing of legal documents.

We can notarize a variety of documents, including affidavits, power of attorney, wills, deeds, loan & real estate documents and more.

You will need to provide a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, to be notarized. For online notarization all indentification must be current and valid. For in-person appointments (in the state of Indiana) your ID cannot be expired by more than 3 years.

An apostille is an official certification that verifies the authenticity of documents for use in Hague Convention member countries. It simplifies international document authentication, eliminating the need for embassy legalization.
